Summary:
Masaki's little sister, Manaka, is making him dress up as Akemi-chan and taking pictures of him, uploading them to the Akemi's Room website. She teases him about his lack of masculinity, asking if he wishes he were a girl and is surprised by his despairing response. Sumika gets a challenge letter but is ambushed by the loli in a box when she throws it away but she is extracted double quick time by Masaki before she can identify herself. Behind the greenhouse, Manaka demands to know why Sumika doesn't like Masaki even though he's so cute. She tries to blackmail Sumika to have a date with Masaki but when he stops her, she turns on the waterworks and Sumika relents as she understands the feelings of having useless brothers.
Masaki shows up as Akemi-chan (with new hairstyle) because he thought she'd like it better like that. O RLY? Not because he likes to crossdress? All the same Sumika finds it more convenient to avoid rumours of her dating Masaki. They are being stalked by Manaka who wants to get a compromising photo of the two. Watching a movie together they switch off their mobiles. And Sumika misses Ushio's call; latter goes to her house and is informed that she's gone out by Noe. After the movie, Akemi-chan takes Sumika to Minna Aller's (seems that they've forgotten to turn their phones back on), also Manaka's suggestion. Akemi-chan is really quite cute and is getting to Sumika. Disguised as a waitress, Manaka plots use a suspicious love potion but gets booted out by the manager. Shopping for cute clothes, Sumika asks if he doesn't mind being his sister's toy but he thinks it's alright because (?); they get hemmed into the same changing room by the faceless store clerks.
Unable to stand the sight of Akemi-chan being so much cuter than her, Sumika makes a break for it and Manaka unleashes her final ultimate weapon - Akiba Fetish Photo Boys. Akemi-chan arrives to find a perfect flag trigger event and saves Sumika by offering himself up for photo taking instead. Masaki reveals that he is a boy but a trap is fine too. Walking home with Masaki, Manaka still can't understand why her brother loves Sumika who finally sees the six missed calls from Ushio.
Reaction:
The subs on the file I downloaded ran extra fast - not having had the time to download an alternative, I practically had to watch this raw. Yay for more Akemi-chan! Though the little sister dimension was somewhat creepy especially the initial femdom scene. It would have helped if she were cuter though as many things can be forgiven, or at least mitigated, if the perpetrator is physically attractive enough.
I was half-expecting Ushio to stumble upon Sumika x Akemi-chan on their date and for a huge misunderstanding to arise as a result but I'm also half-relieved that something so cliched didn't happen. Though at the very least this would get Ushio to realize that Sumika likes girls in general though not providing that crucial realization that the object of Sumika's affections is her in particular.

Poor Akemi ImeanMasaki, though – such a commendable taste in girls and enough guts to actually come out with it timid little critter though he is, and the uncaring universe rewards him with an Official Chew Toy status. When you think about it, the boy bears it all with remarkable stoicism.
