Saki 7
Takei Hisa's 'Everything is proceeding as I have foreseen' moment. There were some interesting contrasts in each half of the episode. In the first half, attention was lavished on Nodoka wiping out her opponents while we didn't even see Saki steamroll hers. But I suppose that was to set up the shock and surprise of Ryuumonbuchi after Touka's obsessing over how Nodoka is Nodocchi. In the second half, it was a contrast over how Ryuumonbuchi is a team of wealthy eccentrics in contrast to Kazekoshi's more ordinary background (with tyrannical coach) and team leadership.
Fujita's intuition serves her well. That's the mark of a pro! 
The only remotely Saki x Nodoka yuri goggle moment with Nodoka's lovingly mild tsundere Good Job to Saki. And LOL Ms Katsudon.
I am ever more intrigued by Hisa's background. Why Fujita seems to respect her. How she fared in last year's tournament. Her hidden skill and low profile - crouching tiger, hidden dragon? Quite an interesting take on the School President-type roles that Shizu-sama has been garnering.
Somehow Ryuumonbuchi's yuri-tinted meido don't really excite me much. I blame the lacklustre chara design. Voice acting isn't that memorable either.
I am interested to see what Touka's handle for her online mahjong persona is like (previewed in the OP) and what her name is. Seems that they're setting her up as a Boss for Nodoka while Amae Koromo (what's with the rabbit ears?) is a Boss for Saki. As good as Nodoka's been shown to be, she doesn't seem to be one who is 'loved by the tiles' - that's probably reserved for Saki.
Kazekoshi captain has Geass? I will be watching your career with great interest. (Even if I can't remember your name at the moment.)

Hated the lacy dresses though. Might have been better to create an online avatar for Saki too and let's cyber. Etopen has already put on his wizard hat.

Blue glowy sealed eye = Geass canceller. Ryuumonbuchi = annoying charas, all of ‘em. Hisa = Chessmaster + Obfuscating Stupidity.
I’m REALLY disappointed that we didn’t get to see Saki steamroll the opposition. Oh well, I guess that particular scene will go in the finals?

I’m finding myself feeling sorry for Kazekoshi. They’re going to lose, and I don’t want to imagine what that damned coach will do to them afterwards.

this episode was really nice I really liked it and I feel sorry for Kazekoshi too T_T that couch is cruel

Perhaps they are saving the best for the last but more probably they also want to let Nodoka have her moment in the spotlight.

Gah, I can’t believe I left out the screenies and comments on the ED. I think mainly because I didn’t like their dresses… Fixed.
Though I did think that the 1st Hikaru no Go OP Get Over would have applied great to Saki x Nodoka too.
