Oh, btw, looks like Railgun got Toradora direction and Asatte no Houkou SC.

I'm absolutely NOT worried about it. If the Index team picks it up, NO PROBLEM.

Why?

Because what's making Railgun so superior is that it's a different kind of show. Its main strength are the characters, and their antics. The SD. All the action scenes are pretty short, and there is no preachy smart aleck around. Also, the plot exposition is much shorter overall. And the show doesn't take itself so seriously.

It simply does right what Index does wrong. The main characters are capable and diverse, they're not hardwired and totally predictable. And Touma appears in a perfect way: He doesn't preach, but rather comes over as a relaxed and friendly-helpful guy, the perfect foil for Mikoto.

Everyone loves Biribiri. But who doesn't love Kuroko, Uiharu, Saten and folks? All comparable scenes have been handled excellently by J.C.Staff in the Index series. Remember Mikoto's date? I had absolutely no complaints there. So, let's have it :)
