Sisters, sisters, sisters! ~ Bishoujos of Fall
I used to be a siscon purist. Sister complex was all about imouto moe. It has to be the younger sister - oniichan-crooning, and moelolicious, preferably with short twin-tails. All was well with the fetish til this season. Sister complex took new dimensions, no thanks to the lovely Fall 'sisters'.

Nagase Minato (Akane-iro ni somaru saka) - The Kotori-esque imouto. It breaks me heart to see the lovely lass in substandard series.
Isayama Yomi (Ga-Rei) - Leaving Stripey land for Zyl turf now. "You really like yuri don't you?" so saith my wife when she caught me watching GR~Z ep 4 for the X time. Yuri + Yomi = WIN.
Isayama Mei (Ga-Rei) - Raging hot onee blood runs in their family huh? Mei is testimony that you don't have to be loli to be a light haired beauty.
Zange (Kannagi) - I have no doubt most of Zange's confessors are confessing their sinful thoughts about her. And I thought my job was tough.
Index (To aru majutsu no index) - Alright I confess. I adore Index not because she's a sister but because she's moeliciously loli loliciously moe. Did I just Imagine Breaker my Zettai Siscon?
Thanks to Fall anime, I've expanded my fetish beyond the traditional boundaries of mere imoutos. (Gasp! Did I say mere imoutos?) Now to thoroughly enjoy the FULL course that siscon has to offer.

The Magical Index anime has fallen below Toradora in my ranking because of the long explanations and pacing problems, which probably won’t go away for another five episodes or so. However, Index still has many good points, the first of which is Index herself. Her scenes with the cat in episode 7 caused moe seizures.
I take it your sister complex includes “sisters” in a religious-order sense now?

Although this has nothing to do with subject matter at hand, I’ll have to say that Nagase Minato is such a great character. Probably one of the few saving graces in Akane-iro. Too bad the rather annoying Yuuhi Katagiri has all the spot-light to herself. Heres hoping that we get some great Minato-centric episodes in the near future.

Wait… Zange is “okay” but Taiga isn’t?? Not sure I can process that given what Zange is doing and the way she’s going about it.
Enjoying Kannagi very much though but to a fair extent over Nagi and Tsugumi goodness (as well as the marvelous animation). Zange is an interesting antagonist but I find it impossible to “enjoy her moe and looks” given the situation.
Aye, the only thing that would attract me back to Akane-Iro is a Minato win and even then I’d probably just select 3 or 4 episodes. The rest of the series makes me cringe.
Also – I’m enjoying Kyounogononi, they really hit their stride in ep 5/6 after the first 4 “why did they make this when the OVAs were so good and they’re just rehacking the skits”. Trivia note: the OP/ED work are the voice actresses doing covers of various tunes from the j-pop girl group ZONE (the one referenced in SHnY’s school festival as ENOZ).
Pick up ep 6 of Kyounogononi and I think you’ll be entertained.

Index’s concept of a walking church is really cool when all you’ve heard of are stuff’s like abc’s indestructible armor, kmn’s chainmail of vengence, blabla’s skin, yaya’s shell and the likes.

Sixten : Heh, since you’re a long-time patron of HnTd, I’ll let you in on a little secret *whispers* I’m a siscon-phony actually. Not into sisters, no siree. Bishoujos yes. Bishoujos of all ages. Now don’t you go spreading this and tarnishing my siscon reputation.
Vexx: Zange is every man’s dream but every woman’s nightmare. XD Me being a full blooded male, I actually find Zange irresistible. As for AkaneIro, maybe you can advise which eps to focus?

Misaka from index (girl was nasty attitude= potential tsundere)
Yuuhi from akane (personally not interested in the harem, more in the lulz)
Tsugumi from Kannagi (stereotype “normal girl” is always a treat)
Yomi from Ga-rei (it’s yuri, what more can you want?)
