Raimei's brother complex?
Raimei pledging to be Miharu's ally and not hide anything from him was nice. Interesting how Miharu is able to inspire such loyalty from his posse. And his Gaydizer power can't explain this case as, well, Raimei is a girl.

Given the Shimizu clan's penchant for playing samurai, wouldn't it have flipped Kotarou's baka switch too? And it reminds me of how Stripey always flips my baka switch when he denies he is a lolicon or when he makes finegrained distinctions between an anime lolicon and a RL lolicon; anyone who has ever seen his loli-looking waifu while agree that the tanuki definitely practices what he preaches. Likewise when he claims to be pure and honourable. Though that last one is more understandable when his role models are Bakayuki and Suzaku. LOL
And I had been assuming all along the pink haired, flower-surrounded katana user in the OP was a lady. Because of the pink hair and the flowers. Gah. It's a trap!!! OTL

Don’t tell me Stripey will name his daughter ‘Konata’. Why do I get a feeling that Zyl would love to have daughter named Kagami and Tsukasa?

maglor, well, Stripey is rather superstitious about how Konata implies that Kanata is deceased. And if I manage to get hold of my own jinja, why not? I’d also consider the other Hiiragi sisters’ names too, Inori and Matsuri. Ahaha~~
