I believe, if any ending other than Nagi ending is to occur, there has to be an episode where Hayate gets to pay off his entire debt. It's not quite the level of demotion that Minami-ke got after Asread got to it, but... well, this series has been a bit of a downer so far. They had all that material to work with.. and wasted it. Sorta like Asread's take on Minami-ke after Doumu's superb entry. … because they will find a way to pair Hayate and Nagi up, even though the manga’s yet to get that far? ;)
