A flash of screen time for Wilhelmina but no voice time dewa arimasen.

Everything is proceeding as I have foreseen.

I actually felt kinda bad for Cache. Shana and Alastor's trap and goathing made him seem so pitiful. It's so hard to be ordinary!

Between the schools of LOL HECATE and HEKASLUT, I definitely lean more towards the former. But I also agree with Hinano that this episode presented itself with so many lurvely photoshop opportunities:

Cache was pathetic. Both Marjory and Shana had to bait him like crazy just for him to figure out where they were. Even Yuuji has more skills than that! Also, the fiery shoe wheels == lame.

It is Raging Heart again

The japanese told Genon who told Avatar who is doing transaltion work for Nanoha region one dvd that they want to use Raging Heart.

Also Vivio is now going to be raise by this family

I thought the wheels were kind of cool. Shana dips into all sorts of mythology for names so a guy with flaming chariot wheels showing up feels pretty consistent.

Even Yuuji has more skills than that!
