If you watch ep 12 you can see that her outfit changes when she protects the helicopter from Dieci’s cannon attack. I don’t know if we can expect any further barrier jacket changes for Blaster Mode, which will probably be used in the final fight. I’m kind of hoping that RH turns into that giant artillery cannon that Nanoha is shown testing in the manga.

Mandy, second your design suggestions! The 2nd OP shows Nanoha sans thigh-highs, back to ole skool BUT without the black collar (now that you mention it – adapted from Hayate’s barrier jacket so that all the captains, including Fate, have a common design element?) – which I think is the worst of both worlds. I wonder why they decided to go back to the MSLN/A’s length of skirt?

It reminds me a lot of the collar on Fate’s new uniform actually (aww, they’re sharing clothing designs? XD) I wish they had added even more similar changes to her outfit, though. More darker blue lining or something.
