Favourite anime twin sisters
Due to the recent dearth of siscon activities, here's a desperate attempt to 'retain' the blog's siscon license via this gimmick post on anime twin sisters. Inspired by Shion/Mion of Higurashi, here's a list of my favourite animated sister twins with a preferred sister indicated. (No fraternal twins here. For twincest, check elsewhere.)
10) Riku/Risa ~DNAngel
It was very clear to me that Risa was girlfriend material and Riku, best friend candidate. Personally, best friends make fantastic choices as life partners.
09) Elda/Freya ~ Chobits
Wait a min, a bit too far-fetched, right? Well Elda(Chii)/Freya were actually twins on one of CLAMP's alternate worlds. Besides, I needed them to make a top 10 list.
08) Mion/Shion~ Higurashi no naku koro ni (full pic)
Keeps one guessing if the Sonozaki san Keichii is making out with is the psychotic one.
07) Kaoruko/Sumireko ~ Futakoi
Woah twin proposals! We only need to amend bigamy laws.
06) Sia\Kikyou ~ SHUFFLE!
2 for the price of 1. Want a naughty night out? Kikyou's for you. Need to meet parents? Ask Sia along (less the foldable chair)
05) Suiseiseki/Souseiseki ~ Rozen Maiden
Souseiseki's rather bland compared to her evil twin, the perpetrator of the Strawberry crimes which ignited the Ichigo Wars
04) Yu Lan/Yu Fan ~ Full Metal Panic! The 2nd raid
The hottest pair of yuri-sisters in all of animedom complete with a sexy eye-mole. Pity they didn't get to consummate their vengence.
03) Sara/Soujyu ~ Futakoi Alternative
What should one do when 2 fabulously kawaii nekkid underage girls ask you to take away their ichiban taisetsu na mono? Why you ask them to wait til tomorrow of course. Good for you Rentarou!
02) Kohaku/Hisui ~ Tsukihime (full pic)
The best-est twin maids eva! It's the hair color I tell you. Pity they totally nerfed Kohaku in the anime.
01) Mayu/Mio: Fatal Frame 2 Crimson Butterfly
Yes, I cheated. Mayu/Mio may be from a game but it's my nightly prayer that an anime be adapted from FF2. The hottest twin lolitas I have seen animated, no contest.
Of course I could include the rest of Futakoi's cast to make this a top 20 but I'm just too lazy to source for their pics. Anyhow, hoping Shion/Mion would rise up the charts after the Watanagashi arc, assuming both survive that is. Angel Mort cosplay FTW!

For the longest time now anime has made me completely obsessed with twins, Alice & Maria have always been my top faves. With all the H games turning into anime lately I’m holding high hopes that Suigetsu will soon get it’s own series or movie. Considering how popular the game is I’m surprised it hasn’t happened already.
Back to oogling my mega ton of Alice & Maria pics for the time being. :p

In other news, Stripey’s siscon license has been reaffirmed by jason. While not as grand as “King of Kawaii”, “Siscon-san” is still pretty decent recognition from the Nekomimi Meido Lord.
Furthermore, Ender and Kabitzin have also declared that my good brother is the true blood-sucking siscon bastard. Victory is mine!! LOL

Those archer twins (Dorii and Guraa?) from Utawarerumono are confusing me, when I look at them I think cute twin sisters but I hear that they may actually be girly looking boys.

The archer twins are boys in the game, which surprised even Hakuoro.
Whether or not they will transgender them for the anime is still up for speculation.

I totally agree with the number one choice: the Mayu/Mio pair are just so scared out of their pants (I wish) in the game – I believe the game creators engineered it to elicit that ‘protective brother’ instinct in gamers (oh yah, like I BELIEVE it was to market to girls).

haha! real volleyball will likely break my back/wrist.
And heh, I AM still playing doax but even in FF2, you can collect swimsuit for Mio/Mayu. Well FF2 is also from Tecmo it’s expected lah. 
Doax2 is coming for XBox 360 though. Can check some the screenies here.
