Chinese-style wedding dinners can be such a drag. Hordes of very distant relatives and colleagues you don’t even know, same old routine, same old menu, same old venue types, same old red packet tax. However otaku could do have friends-only wedding bashes in real anime style: Kiss the earring and have a Meister Otome ring ceremony? There’ll even be a huge world changing organ with the song, player and protector to play the march-in! Instead of that white wedding dress, how about a meidofuku? *NSFW* Many years ago the proudest boast was boku wa otaku de arimasu [I am an otaku]. Today, in the world of anime fandom, the proudest boast is ‘Ich bin ein perv.’ All free anime fans not yet captured by the RCMP, wherever they may live, are citizens of pervdom, and, therefore, as a free anime fan, I take pride in the words ‘Ich bin ein perv!’ (as well as RIN X SABER 4TW!)
