An ultimatum is issued as a naval cordon sanitaire is thrown around the tropical paradise. The noose tightens as allied vessels and other reinforcements begin to arrive. However, deep in his lair, the cunning shima-shima fiend has prepared a secret weapon to be unleashed on the unsuspecting would-be figurine confiscators.
