This OVA completely slipped under my radar. Thankfully 53RG10’s post was a timely reminder. It was terrific that this episode was Tama-nee-centric though, sadly, the production values seem to have slipped in comparison to the first episode of the previous OVA series. Episode 18. The Gravity of Destiny: Hitomi, Van and Allen are teleported before the Emperor of Zaibach, Donkirk, who reveals that he is Isaac from Earth and how he wanted to learn the laws of fate to end man’s destiny of constant war. Rocket dragon FTW!
