I’m not exactly sure about how effective it is to chop up chocolate with a knife. It can be awfully hard. And when it softens, using a knife is really messy. What I prefer to do is to keep it in its foil wrapping while it is still cold, smash it up with my pestle or rolling pin and then tear open the foil to release the choco-bits. Easy peasy.
Chocolate is toxic for dogs but for hamsters!?

I’ve more been much more interested in screencapping the consequences than the causes. Somewhat because I’m assuming readers would have seen the episode already and know what preceded it. But mostly because my reaction was along similar lines to some of the charas. ;)
