I don’t quite agree with Konata that the ‘Brigade Leader’ armband suits Kagami; she doesn’t have the necessary oh so hawt megalomania of O-Haruhi-sama. There may be a tsundere parallel to Kagami but methinks because of the twintails, Rin Tohsaka cosplay is eminently more suitable:

Really cute how Konata is cosplaying Saber - reminds me of the manga where there are some gags built around how Kagami wants Konata to address her as ‘Kagami-sama’ and is then freaked out when Konata happily complies, in public and with considerable volubility. Of course, this also increases Kagami x Konata slashibility with mana recharge 4TW.
I’ve not seen the first To Heart series so I have no idea if Tsukasa’s personality fits Akari’s but the character design certainly seems to have close parallels.
Shakugan no Konata, Miyuki Asahina, Tsukasa Kamigishi and Kagami Tohsaka. :3 We sooo need an episode dedicated to this. Yutaka can cosplay as Shiori from Kanon and Minami as Yuki Nagato. LOL

Wow, the last pic is pure win! If they managed to squeeze Haruhi’s armband in, having at least a few jokes about them cosplaying should be easy…although a dedicated episode would still be best :D
You gotta strap Stripey in for at least 2 episodes to get him hooked - for some reason, it took me till the 3rd ep to really get into the flow of the humour.

From what I have seen of ep 1, Tsukasa’s resemblance with Akari is purely character design. Anyhow I’ll catch another 2 eps before deciding if I want to catch this series real-time. That’s one successful poke from ya bro. :)
