Pani Poni Dash! 17

School cultural festival episode. Becky’s class, led by Rei, are out to make a big profit. Although she complains about the additional work that a festival generates, Becky quickly immerses herself in the activities and she’s in such a good mood that it soothes the class’ disappointment at not being able to keep the money they made.

Igarashi-sensei is just priceless. Actually she reminds me a lot of myself when I was working. -_-;;

Unfortunately, Kurumi is attracted to tomboys and bokukkos rather than all woman older sister types like Rei.

Less flour in cakes. Free male chicks from farms (this doesn’t happen in commercial-scale farms as you can control the sex of the chick through the incubation process). Suggestion to Kurumi to get free expired coffee from her part-time job. Rokugou is so naive. Shocku indeed.

This is going to be soooo much trouble.

Meido power.

Hau hau is always good. Even if it’s just an eyecatch. Can’t imagine anyone laughing at Natsumi Hinata about doing the same though.

The doorman is scary than the Otome demon and Suzune vampire. In fact, the latter pair is just such great eye candy.

Another great joke involving Igarashi-sensei. Reminds me of myself again though. -_-;;

Otome x Suzune 4TW.

GAAN

Becky’s childish charm subdues Rei for once.

Savouring Mesousa’s screams of terror.

Interesting how Suzune is the Wheel of Fortune. I would have thought she would have been Strength.

    Umm…I think you are thinking about alligators. I’m pretty sure male chickens have an active Y chromosome so sexual selection is purely genetic rather than environmental.

    Actually, the gender chromosomes kind of work in reverse in birds. Male birds have 2 “Z” chromosomes, and female birds have one “Z” chromosome and one “W” chromosome.

    Did you just bash Natsumi?

    Hmm… I’m not sure how I could have been read as bashing one of my favourite characters - that little line was a reference to Natsumi’s fondness for leaf-bonfire sweet potatoes and how no one in the Keroro universe makes fun of her about it (though it’s been used to trap her more than once).

    The episode’s referencegasming was really great for me and helped solidify some hardcore OCD action. Though I can’t believe I didn’t pick up on Alien Subordinate Kyon until he started pouring on the sarcasm a few episodes back.
