Becky is teaching remedial summer classes but some of the girls who passed join in the class anyway. Momotsuki Academy is then invaded by a motley crew of challengers who are led by a bullman, ninja girl and giant. Hilarity and much destruction of property ensues.

Pink-haired masked ninja girls with deep voices 4TW. And Rei eggs Becky on to rise to the challenge.

I always like scenes with the Suzune Chop. Himeko’s butt was pretty nicely drawn too.

Kurumi is the only person retaining some common sense and realizes that the situation is ridiculous. Nonetheless common sense is also completely irrelevant to this series and its event. Ra-ra-ru~~~

Ichijou saves the day. Well, actually she did but then made it worse in the end. LOL It’s a good thing she has the most incredible abilities of the group otherwise she’d get punished by Rei.

Rei conscripts Serizawa in her plan to disrupt the unity of the invading banchou.

Akiyama is manipulated into doing by Rei and nearly buys the farm. The Utena reference was one of the few that I managed to catch on my own.

A most nekomimious and lolicious eyecatch. There’s actually another one preceding it but Becky’s facial expression in this one is just pure jailbait

Everyone is just carrying on with their adventure and have completely forgotten about Kurumi…

Not quite Lorena Bobbit yet but still pretty terrifying nonetheless.

Ichijou does something useful and helpful. Pink’s not really her colour though and I much prefer her in the Indiana Jones outfit.

The last banchou is activated and the episode supposedly ends on a cliffhanger with the school building being pulverized by the giant. The ED, Distant Dream, was really old school in terms of visual style, the fade to sepia and the general tone of the song. But it was pretty funny as well with Becky’s “puwaaah!” at the end.

With the intervention of the Headmaster, Becky sorties in the giant robot Pani Poni X and lays the smackdown. Lots of shouting of the various attacks 4tw. The design of PPX is also similar to that of the aliens who are observing Becky much to the consternation of the alien subordinate.

Welcome home, Kurumi. A fine, fine rear end she has, that Kurumi Momose. *wolf whistle*

And when the episode really ends, Ichijou has acquired herself a pet ninja. Plus I only realized that the meaning of the term that Revy used to address Balalaika in Black Lagoon 7 after seeing this episode of PPD!
