This episode centres on the trails and tribulations when Becky confiscates, loses and then remakes Himeko’s ahoge. I sometimes wonder if the ahoge itself is more intelligent than Himeko and it’s certainly just as lively.

Odd couple. Suzune Shiratori is very tall and airheaded (is she a blonde or redhead?) while Otome Akiyama who is small and foulmouthed. What Suzune likes most about her is what she most dislikes about herself i.e. being small. Unfortunately for Otome, Suzune is also determined to take action to make sure she stays that way and is also ridiculously strong. It also doesn’t help Otome’s chances of escaping as she seems to be paralyzed when Suzune presses her breasts pressing against her back. LOL I also had this really evil thought that if someone gave Suzune the idea that rubbing Otome’s chestnut and squirrel (you either get this or you don’t) point would stunt the latter’s growth, then Otome would be so screwed. Literally.

Becky: Being paid just to look at high school girls in their P.E. uniforms. What an easy job! P.E. teacher, banzai!
Saotome: Please don’t say things that the students may misunderstand.
Becky: I simply echoed the voice of your soul.

This could compete with Kimura’s creepy “Cuz I like high school girls and stuff!” declaration except that no one can accuse Kimura of being a hypocrite.

Ki-ru-ru-run! Aaah!

I can’t blame Himeko. It really is very cute.

The use of the Japanese emoticons is also a nice touch. How do you
get the mouth character though and what is actually used for?

Rei struttin’ her stuff again. As Becky still hasn’t learnt the very necessary adult skill of lying, she’s pretty transparent. But the way Rei makes Becky spit out the truth is just a beauty to behold - great balance of strictness, command and yet leaving her a way to come clean with some dignity.
