Keroro, Tamama and Kururu’s antics cause a massive blackout. Koyuki responds to Natsumi’s cry for help (against the heat). Apparently the power failure doesn’t bother Koyuki as there’s no electricity in her quaint little house with the water wheel. With Dororo’s help, gives her and Fuyuki a treat in traditional Japanese ways of keeping cool in the summer.

It was pretty hilarous how Koyuki and Dororo arrived at the Hinata household - via rooftop, sewer, underground passage and then just popping up through the living room floor.

A sweet little vignette where Koyuki’s old fashioned habits are used positively rather than being made fun of. There’s also the point about how the stars could be seen clearly without the ambient night lighting. From satelite maps of artificial light like this, we can also get an idea of how bright artificial light is especially in urban areas - was particularly intrigued by the dark spot of East Asia that is the DPRK, the line of light along the Trans-Siberian Railway and the lack of light from much of sub-Saharan Africa.
