With this episode, Yaya-chan has been firmly established as my favourite character of this series and I’ll be applying my character-specific blogging SOP henceforth for this series. I still don’t really understand what she sees in Hikari but I really like the cat-and-dog tension between Yaya and Tsubomi. Especially since Tsubomi is quickly turning up as runner-up in my character favourite stakes. She flips between bossy and loud to shy and embarrassed, it’s just so fun to see her terrorising her seniors and then having the tables turned on her so easily when Yaya teases her or when Hikari is just being Hikari to her.
