Great Saber moé deredere moments after her tsuntsun protestations at the start. Due to Saber’s er less than lively personality (when not fighting), Ayako Kawasumi has played it cool and understated. Loved the cute little inflections that conveyed unhappiness, feeling sold down the river by Rin, pleading with Shirou to stop Rin, embarrassment in the morning after.
I was also LOL when Shirou screamed in terror after breaking off from Rin’s kiss. Her bossiness must have really put him off. Looks like, amongst his harem members, only Saber has gotten the tsun-dere balance correct. (Rin and Ilya: too much tsun; Sakura: too much dere.)

Well, they nerfed the sexxor but I wasn’t too disappointed since I wasn’t really expecting them to do it anyway and have the consolation of the HCGs. In any case, the story seems to be shaping up to be Shirou x Saber so my guess is that they’ll have to recognize their feelings for each other (parallel Shiki and Arcueid) as a prerequisite for them having sex if we even get to that point.

Ayako Kawasumi always do a great job, I still remember her performance as Lafiel in Sekai no Seika I, II and III. Ayako Kawasumi FTW… always as a heroine. NO pain, no gain.

Haiz… Knew this outcome would be expected no matter how much wishful thinking we had. If they nerfed Tsukihime, they wouldn’t mind doing the same to Fate. What a shame… Well, at least we were treated to a bit of Rin X Saber touchy feely (I love how a powerful woman like Saber is completely vulnerable and helpless during that scene, and all she could do was weakly order Shirou to make Rin stop). Nonetheless, I still wish Rin should have gotten more physical and aggressive with that blonde. And yeah, if all fails, there’s always siscon. ;p
