Chalcahuite, indeed. But as my mum would say: if you catch the villian too early, then the show will end prematurely. I just hope that Ers-chan's love and sweetness will overcome Tomoe's evil. Then again I think if Shizuru just gave her a peck on the cheek, she'd melt into a puddle of akogare.

Fafnir, good call on the HiME symbol resemblance. I hadn't realized until you said so!

Oh btw, have seen the sub and I just love Nao's caustic nickname for the Pillars - Old Spinsters Military Club (オドル.ミっス.軍部). It's refreshing to see that not everyone is in awe of Garderobe and the Otomes and no wonder Ms Maria is extra super duper pissed off! LOL

So Nao is No.4, Shizuru is No.3 and Natsuki is No.2. Let's see when No.1 and 5 turn up.

Is it just me, or does Fumi's resting place resemble the HiME symbol (especially that wall-painting in HiME ep 6)? I wonder how she communicates to the other world though. Telepathy?

Arika's hankie is going to be very troublesome in the future methinks. Imagine the kind of reaction Nina would have if she finds out that her Otou-sama is its recipient?

With apologies to Edmund Burke: All that is necessary for the triumph of Tomoe is for a good Erstin to do nothing.
