Rin and Archer confront Lancer. Shirou witnesses the fight and is stabbed through the heart by Lancer. Rin resurrects him but Lancer pursues Shirou to finish the job. Myself, I think I am tending towards Rin fanboyism as she’s much more interesting now that I’ve seen her doubt, pout and generally natural rather than the imposing Little Miss Perfect act of the first episode. All I need now is for her to start hitting on Saber. ^_-
Praising Archer for his delicious tea. Grumbling about him blaming her imperfect summoning on his inability to remember his real name. Being surprised when he expresses his confidence in her abilities as a master. Nice touches all.
I don’t recall reading about this in the Moonlit World so could someone kindly enlighten me as to why she used her father’s precious gem to bring Shirou back to life? It seemed that she was just going to apologise and leave it at that until she saw his face. Did she recognize him from somewhere? Does she owe him something? Or does she like him? Nooooo!!!
Looks like Saber’s summoning has also been reworked. Ayako Kawasumi delivers her lines much more softly compared to the harsh tone adopted in the Curtain Raiser and I think to much better effect. Art has also improved IMHO. Compared to the Curtain Raiser screencap on the right (click to enlarge), Shirou is less kiddy-looking and Saber’s head is not overly large, her overall frame is much more imposing as well. I wonder if Rin will have the same feeling of awe at Saber’s grace and beauty as well? LOL

That’s because she secretly likes Shirou. In the anime it’s kind of implied by showing her blushing face when Archer asked her about it.

Ooh, I didn’t notice that before. Yeah, she now looks as if she’s a lot stronger. And her head doesn’t look too big anymore.

I’d just love for her to feel that way about the Servant she wanted most. Heck, once Rin and Archer arrives at the storehouse, I could just imagine her staring at Saber, then give a death glare at Shirou and say
“WTH?! This is damn unfair!! I wanted Saber most!!!! I wanted her sooooo badly!!!!”
Ahaha… I know that’s not gonna happen, but hey… We Rin X Saber fans can always dream, no?

Well, most Archer Rin action is almost BEFORE Rin meets Saber, but after the meeting, hmmm, does anyone remeber in the game when Rin met Saber?
It seemed like she was in the same position as Shirou, sitting down looking up at Saber, but instead of “Are you my master?” question, She was holding up her hand to help Rin to her feet. But Rin was also lost in her bueaty as Shirou was.
I saw this in the english trial for the Fate game. It was like Rin was in Shirou’s place but this time, Saber wasn’t AYMM questioning.
hey, this means that by the time Rin gets to the ware house, Saber has already left after Lancer(If they go about the game)
But I don’t understand hoe Rin ended up fighting against Saber in the game. Was Archer defeated and Rin had to fight?
