Another terrific episode set in the rain. I have gradually come to like and sympathisize with Kaname as a character in a way I found difficult during the first full season of Full Metal Panic! In the Second Raid, I’ve come to admire her resourcefulness, her expression her feelings for her warm ole security blanket, Sousuke, as well as being able to steel and pick herself up after a traumatic experience. It’s also good to see Leonard Testarossa show his face at last. While he’s very the much the pretty boy, I am relieved that there’s at least a major villian who isn’t completely bonkers. And that knife blocking move was oh so cool!
