The obligatory beach episode but hey, I’m not complaining. Asa-chan once again gets very close to Rin, breasts-wise but the episode concentrates on how Rin and Shia play Survivor together - it seems that this experience has drawn them even closer with Rin’s gallantry in adversity and lots of hand-holding. Their kiss is foiled by the appearance of the rest of the gang.

Biggest incident of sexual harassment of Rin by Asa-chan so far. :D Like the toilet scene, this is another big scene from the game though only from the Asa-chan thread.
Before I played the SHUFFLE! game, I thought that Asa-chan’s fainting spell was just a convenient device to get Rin out of this situation, smothering Shia’s jealousy with concern for Asa-chan’s well being and reaffirming that Rin simply had been innocently helping Asa-chan. If these fainting spells recur later in the series, then it is more likely that Asa-chan’s backstory will be brought to the fore. The multiple excuses that Asa-chan employed also hints that she knows the real cause isn’t too much sun or hunger.
Although Shia seems to have an unassailable lead at present, it’s early days in the series and her own issues may emerge in the next episode, Moonlight Confession. Will be see how things turn out - there’s a chance for our favourite bokukko (a girl who refers to herself by the masculine “boku” )!
