Lunamaria Hawke: Shinn’s Destiny took that golden commander-type mobile suit down a few pegs but was interrupted by the return of Freedom. Rey later got him to return to the Minerva to recharge and resupply. I wanted to join him and Rey in battle but Rey said that, right now, I am a distraction to Shinn and will cause him to lose.
Zyl: Again, good to see Cagalli with her mojo back and while feisty, still admitting to her old mistakes. Quite clear that there are Blue Cosmos adherents in Orb who will kill fellow Orb soldiers to prevent Djibril from being captured. And there’s even one so dedicated that his main task is to carry Djibril’s cat. That is really evil because that cat is probably the true leader of Blue Cosmos.
I was pretty troubled by the way those tunnelling mobile suits broke through the main Orb administration bunker, resulting in the deaths of most of the purple suited legislative guys as well as women and children when the ceiling caved in on them. Isn’t this the kind of thing that Shinn abhorred?
Next episode preview shows a pensive Gladys with hand to chin as if in deep thought. Will Athrun’s return convince her that her ex-boyfriend is a baddie? Meyrin looked pretty determined, standing in the hangar area. Will she contact the Minerva and Lunamaria, communicating the information that the real Lacus is onboard?
Speaking of the other Hawke sister, she had the utterly complete scene stealer of GSD 42 with the most effective glomp in GSD thus far. Lunamaria, I am sorry to say, you have been completed pwned by your own baby sister:

Definitely much better than the recap GSD 41. But I have to say that the three DOMs shouting out their JETO STREAMU ATTACKU! was just too much fromage for my taste.
